He has over 30 years of outreach experience in the industry resulting in countless employment opportunities for minorities. Ramone has received national recognition for his professional achievements and involvement in aerospace outreach education programming activities. 

 

Ramone actively builds collaborative partnerships to promote the representation of minorities in the aerospace and aviation industries.  Collaborating with him will result in tangible, sustainable, impactful, and measurable aerospace outreach outcomes in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Ramone is known as a Disruptor who has the ability to bring innovative ideas to solve systemic problems and an Influencer who “connects the dots” with people and organizations leading to institutional change to drive innovation.
