Our Industry

  • According to Boeing’s 2018 Pilot & Technician Outlook, a respected industry forecast of personnel demand, projects that 790,000 new civil aviation pilots, 754,000 new maintenance technicians, and 890,000 new cabin crew will be needed to fly and maintain the world fleet from 2017 -2037. The forecast is inclusive of the commercial aviation, business aviation, and civil helicopter industries. This represents approximately 2,434,000 jobs; 121, 700 annually.
